Founded by Bill Guthy in 1978 as Cassette Productions Unlimited, the company evolved through several name and ownership changes, officially changing the name to Guthy|Renker™ Fulfillment Services in the first quarter of 2011.

GRFS now offers a comprehensive suite of 3PL / BPO services including fulfillment services, call center solutions, and creative custom packaging. From start to finish, we're recognized as the industry leader.

We operate three large product fulfillment distribution centers — one in Orange County, CA and two near Asheville, NC, as well as three customer call centers — one in Covington, LA and two near Asheville, NC, encompassing more than 420,000 square feet and over 650 employees.
