Order Entry / Import

GRFS can enter the initial orders (via our customer care or inbound sales agents) or we can import orders from you or your partner's Order Management System (OMS) or internet order service. In a typical arrangement we then obtain payment card authorization prior to shipping and electronically submit the transaction status after shipping the order, allowing the processor to credit your account.

Data Security

GRFS is certified as a Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant business (processing over six million transactions per year), so we take data security very seriously. When we handle payment processing and customer care, you can leave the compliance worries to us.

Warehousing

GRFS has over 420,000 square feet of fulfillment capacity serving the entire country and offers a climate-controlled environment in which to store your product prior to shipment. Your goods are handled with care to ensure that they are safe and free from damage.

Cost-effective Shipping / Freight$ave™

We work with UPS, Fedex, USPS, Purolator, and the hybrid delivery services (Fedex SmartPost and UPS Mail Innovations), and will be happy to advise you on the fastest and most cost-effective ways to get your products delivered to your customers. Our Warehouse Management System provides complete tracking of all aspects of your inventory. From the moment it arrives, we track your batch/lot, expiration date, quantity and location. Efficient Returns Processing

While every effort is made to reduce the percentage of returns, they're going to happen in any marketing program. Products can be refurbished, broken down to component level and returned to stock, or securely destroyed at your direction.
